"How to STOP the IRS" is Step 1 of a 2 step process for escaping unwarranted government intrusion into Private affairs. "How to STOP the IRS" is based on 8 Acts of Congress, other than and in addition to, the Internal Revenue Code, and all applicable regulations, with which IRS -- as a federal agency -- must comply. Using personal information you enter, the CD-ROM processes your Sworn Affidavit; a legal document which you officially enter on the IRS record, making the claim of dereliction of certain duties made mandatory by law. The Affidavit is accompanied by a cover letter, invoking the 8 Acts of Congress, and granting a reasonable period of time for IRS to produce evidence that the certain duties were, in fact, performed. 5 weeks later, you'll use the CD-ROM to lock-into the records the fact that IRS can't produce the evidence to prove you liable. Step 2, "Dis-assimilation: How to Exit the System," planned for a 2003 release, will provide guidance (and documentation) on completely removing one's self from federal-agency jurisdictions. "Dis-assimilation..." will include extensive discussion of circumstances and consequences related to leaving the federal collective, to assist an informed decision.
